Aisha Jamila hinds is a well-known American actor. Her fame is due to her role in television series The Shield, and True Blood. Since her 2003 debut she has proven her acting versatility by giving outstanding performances in television shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 as well as Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was in 2005 due to the role of Anna which was featured on Assault on Precinct 13 She was first recognized for her role in the biographical movie All the Way. Hind's performance as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground was also highly praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the show for the third season. In the last few days, Hind finished filming on the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set for a release in mid-2019.
